SouperStar Soups & Stews ("SouperStar," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including specific information about our text message (SMS) program.
When you subscribe to SouperStar soup delivery, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if provided), and the soups and quantities you choose. Payment information is collected and processed securely by Square; we do not store your full card number on our own systems.
We use this information to process your orders and subscription, deliver your soup, communicate with you about your account and deliveries, and — only if you opt in — send you text message notifications.
If you provide your phone number and choose "text" or "both" as your notification preference, we will send you text messages related to your subscription, such as delivery confirmations and occasional seasonal delivery reminders.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate SouperStar's subscription service: Square (payment processing and catalog), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (text message delivery). Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform their specific service for us.
You can view, update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the management link sent to you by email — no account or password required. You can change your notification preferences (email, text, or both) the same way.
