These terms apply to your use of SouperStar Soups & Stews' subscription service, including our text message (SMS) program. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Service

SouperStar's subscription lets you choose soups, a delivery frequency (every 2 or 4 weeks), and receive automatic recurring deliveries. Your card is charged at the time of each delivery. You may edit your order, pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time using the management link sent to your email — no account or password required.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your phone number and selecting "text" or "both" as your notification preference during signup or in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from SouperStar related to your subscription and deliveries.

• Consent: Consent to receive texts is given by you directly, is not a condition of any purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your delivery schedule; typically a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or change your notification preference to "Email" using your management link.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (720) 320-3318.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pricing and Availability

Prices reflect current menu pricing at the time of each delivery and may change between cycles. Soup availability depends on real-time stock; if an item you've selected is unavailable, we will let you know before completing your order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscription service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
